It Is along the road to Cutignolo, at the foot of the hill where the medieval village of Capalbio (nowadays an elite tourism resort) is. You will find a residence with the charm and atmosphere of an house furnished with an elegant and discreet simplicity with walls covered with crayon coloured paintings, hand made kiln-bricks and curtains made old looms. A warm, welcoming and confortable ambience: 4 double roomas, all different and equipped with air conditioning and confortable bathrooms. Our guests also have at their disposal an outdoor flowered garden where breakfast can be served during the good season. A quiet and welcoming place to stop for your holidays in heart of Maremma Toscana.
How to reach us
By plane
The nearest airport is Fiumicino (for timetables www.adr.it), once you take the highway Rome Fiumicino continuing north to the end of the A12 Rome-Civitavecchia and follow the signs in the car.
By train
Both from Rome and Pisa are no rail links with the neighboring resort of Capalbio (10 Km. Circa), from there you can take the bus or a private car to reach the village. (to times www.ferroviedellostato.it)
By car
You must take the SS1 Aurelia and exit at the junction for Capalbio Km.128, continue for 6 km. on SP63 when you find yourself in front of the Cooperative Credit Bank, turn right in via Leopardi and continue for another 300 meters turn finally left on SP After a few meters on the left is our home.
